01What is CWAXX?
A profile page with one link for your work, website, socials, and contact details, plus analytics on visits and link clicks.
02What is included in a free profile?
Add up to 10 links, your bio, and social links using the default profile appearance. See views and clicks over the last 24 hours, 7 days, and 28 days.
03What does Premium add?
Custom themes, link images and descriptions, custom action buttons, named sections, and deeper analytics with 90-day and 365-day views.
04What does the badge mean?
The badge comes with Premium. It shows the profile is on Premium; it is not an identity check.
05Can I bring my existing links?
Enter your username or a full profile URL to fetch a supported public profile, including Linktree. Review the available details, links and socials, choose what you want, then import your selection. Existing links stay and duplicates are skipped, within your plan. Some providers block imports; private or protected content cannot be imported.
06How does billing work?
Premium is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe, with regional pricing. Cancel in Settings, then Billing; you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for. See Refunds & Billing for the full policy.
07Can I edit or delete my profile?
Edit your profile and links from settings. You can also download your data or request account deletion there. The Privacy Policy explains the deletion and recovery period.
