Terms of Service
01. Acceptance of Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between the entity or individual ("The User") and CWAXX Systems Inc. ("The Company"). By initializing access to the CWAXX infrastructure ("The Platform"), The User acknowledges full comprehension and acceptance of these protocols. Continued utilization of the Platform signifies ongoing consent to any amendments made to this document. If The User does not agree to all terms, access to the Platform is strictly prohibited.
02. Account Eligibility & Access
The User must be at least 13 years of age, or the legal age of digital consent in the applicable jurisdiction, to operate a profile. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the cryptographic security of authentication credentials. The Company deploys advanced concurrent-locking systems to secure accounts; however, any unauthorized access resulting from User negligence shall not constitute a liability for The Company.
03. Identity & Namespace Allocation
Usernames and namespace identifiers are provided on a conditional basis. The Company retains absolute ownership over the namespace infrastructure. The Company explicitly reserves the right to reclaim, reassign, or forcefully revoke usernames at its sole discretion, specifically in instances involving trademark infringement, impersonation, prolonged account inactivity, or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy.
04. Intellectual Property Rights
The underlying architecture, backend logic, visual interfaces, branding assets, and proprietary algorithms of CWAXX are the exclusive intellectual property of The Company. The User is granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to utilize the Platform strictly for hosting a digital dossier. Reverse engineering, duplication, scraping, or unauthorized syndication of the Platform's core technology is strictly prohibited.
05. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While The Company leverages globally distributed edge networks to ensure maximum uptime, The Company, its directors, and its engineering staff shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, financial damages resulting from service interruptions, data corruption, or upstream provider outages.
06. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the provincial or federal courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
