01. Acceptance of Agreement
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and CWAXX ("we", "us"). By using CWAXX, you agree to them. If we change them, continuing to use CWAXX means you accept the changes. If you don't agree, please don't use CWAXX.
02. Account Eligibility & Access
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age for online consent where you live, to have a profile. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. We lock accounts after repeated failed password attempts, but we aren't liable for access that results from a password you shared or reused.
03. Identity & Namespace Allocation
Usernames are provided subject to these terms and remain under our control. We may reclaim, reassign or remove a username, for example in cases of trademark infringement, impersonation, long inactivity, or a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
04. Intellectual Property Rights
CWAXX's software, design and brand belong to us. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use CWAXX to host your profile. Copying, reverse engineering or scraping the service isn't allowed.
05. Limitation of Liability
CWAXX is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including losses from outages, data corruption or problems with our service providers.
06. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the provincial or federal courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
