01. Subscription Mechanics
Premium architectural features on The Platform are billed on a recurring subscription basis via highly secure, authorized payment gateway processors. By enrolling in a premium tier, The User authorizes automatic billing to the designated payment method at the commencement of each billing cycle until cancellation. To prevent subsequent charges, cancellation requests must be executed manually via the settings portal prior to the automated renewal date.
02. Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) & Arbitrage
CWAXX Systems Inc. is committed to global accessibility and deploys localized pricing structures based on geographic intelligence (Purchasing Power Parity) at the point of transaction. Any attempt to artificially manipulate, spoof, or circumvent geographic pricing algorithms via Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) or proxy servers constitutes a material breach of contract. Upon detection of geographic arbitrage, The Company reserves the unilateral right to instantly terminate the account with zero refund liability.
03. Strict No-Refund Directive
Given the digital nature of the infrastructure and the instantaneous allocation of edge-computing resources upon upgrade, The Company enforces a strict no-refund policy. Prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations, or credits for unused time, are not issued. Exceptions are granted solely at the discretion of the executive board in the highly anomalous event of a catastrophic billing calculation error or systemic infrastructural failure.
04. Payment Failures & Downgrades
In the event that an automated recurring payment fails to clear the payment gateway, premium privileges will be temporarily frozen. The account architecture will automatically scale down to the parameters of the Free Tier until the outstanding balance is resolved. The Company holds no liability for aesthetic or functional data loss resulting from an involuntary downgrade due to an expired or declined financial instrument.
